This shrub is such a prolific bloomer that the 3- to 4-foot tall rounded shrub will be almost completely covered in flowers by summer. The flowers are contrasted by tiny, pinnate dark blue-green foliage. Potentilla fruticosa is hardy and low maintenance. This shrub is a great fit in beds, borders, hedges, or screens.
