These terms apply when you use Rebloom at rebloom.garden (the "Service"), operated by [Legal name of the company or person operating Rebloom] ("Rebloom", "we", "us"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Rebloom lets you upload photos of your garden, patio or other outdoor space and use artificial intelligence to see how it could look with different styles and with products from our catalogue. The Service also includes a catalogue of products sold by third-party shops, and a community blog.
We may change, add or remove features, and set or change usage limits (such as the number of designs you can create per day), at any time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload, the designs created from them and the blog posts you write ("Your Content").
To run the Service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and display Your Content — including sending your photos to our artificial-intelligence and hosting providers to create your designs. Your photos and projects are private to your account unless you share them.
Blog posts are public. When you submit a post, you also allow us to review, publish, display and promote it on the Service and in Rebloom's marketing, and to make minor edits for formatting. Your name or email is shown only if you choose to show it. We may decline, unpublish or remove any post.
You promise that:
Designs are created automatically by artificial intelligence and are illustrations only. They may not show products, colors, materials, sizes, proportions, plants or growing conditions accurately, and the same request can give different results. Before buying anything or making changes to your property, check the product details with the shop and, where relevant, consult a qualified professional.
You may use the designs you create for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them. Because they are made by AI, we can't promise they are unique or that they're protected by copyright.
Don't use the Service to:
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Apart from Your Content and content belonging to shops and other third parties, the Service — including its software, design, logo, text and images — belongs to Rebloom or its licensors. You may use it only to use the Service as intended. "Rebloom" and the Rebloom logo may not be used without our written permission.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.
If you believe content on Rebloom infringes your copyright, email support@rebloom.garden with: a description of the work, the link to the content, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them. We'll review it and remove content where appropriate.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind — express or implied — including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that designs will be accurate or meet your expectations, or that product information is correct. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rebloom and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, from designs created with it, or from products bought from shops. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You agree to compensate Rebloom for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content or from your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or delete content, if you break these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 4 (license for published posts), 5, 7 and 9–16 continue to apply after your account ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of [State / country whose law governs these terms], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard by the courts of [City and state / country of the competent courts], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting a claim, please contact us at support@rebloom.garden so we can try to resolve it informally.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll publish the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, let you know on the site or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Rebloom about the Service.
